The project includes seven sewage treatment plants to treat industrial wastewater, using the process of "fine screen + regulating tank + sand settling tank + air flotation tank + hydrolysis acidification tank + combined A/O biochemical tank (biological contact oxidation method) + high-efficiency sedimentation tank + sand filter tank + ozone contact tank.
The influent is township industrial sewage pre-treated by screen sand settling, SS≤ 110 mg/L, TP≤ 6 mg/L. After being treated by air flotation equipment, the effluent indicators meet the following requirements: SS≤ 10 mg/L, TP≤ 1.8 mg/L. The SS removal rate is ≥90%, and the TP removal rate is ≥70%.
