  • Case Studies-Pilot Test Study on Deep Treatment of Printing And Dyeing Wastewater
    The shallow flotation-ozone-BAF combined process was used to carry out a pilot test on the effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank after biochemical treatment to provide reference data for the actual application of the process in the later upgrading and transformation project. The influent was the effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank, and the designed water volume was 50 m3/d. The operation results showed that under the conditions of 1350 mg/L polyferric dosing, 120 mg/L decolorant dosing, and 40 mg/L ozone dosing, the average total removal rates of COD and chromaticity were 65% and 80,% respectively. All effluent indicators met the direct emission limits of the "Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industry" (GB 4287-2012).   Read More>

    Nantong X Paper Co., Ltd. is located in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. It is a papermaking company that uses recycled paper as raw material. During the production process, the daily discharge of wastewater is 8,000 to 10,000 m3. The recycled paper of the company is mainly made of waste newspapers, waste board paper and waste book and magazine paper.
    When the optimal dosage of PAC and PAM in the shallow flotation section is controlled at 250 mg/L and 10 mg/L respectively, the SS removal rate can reach 94.56%, and the COD removal rate can reach 45.32%

This case study introduces the Tarim Ethylene Ethane Project of Dushanzi Petrochemical. This project case introduces that the wastewater discharged by HANGZHOU ELECTROCHEMICAL NEW MATERIAL CO., LTD. during the production of PVC raw materials also contains a small amount of PVC fine particles. After the wastewater is pH-adjusted, coagulated, and flocculated, the fine particles are aggregated into larger flocs and recycled using high-efficiency dissolved air flotation, achieving good results.

This case introduces the Jiangning Science Park river sewage treatment project, which uses our factory's high-efficiency dissolved air flotation to treat river sewage. This equipment removes more than 90% of suspended solids and total phosphorus in the water body, and can reduce the COD value at the same time. After comprehensive treatment, it meets the fourth category of surface water environmental quality standards. Good results have been achieved.

The organic wastewater generated during the preparation and treatment of PCB circuit boards contains a lot of nickel. The chemical precipitation method balances the water quality and quantity of the nickel-containing wastewater, then passes through a pH adjustment tank with a pH value of about 3~4. Fenton reagent is added to the oxidation tank to convert the hypophosphite in the nickel-containing wastewater into orthophosphate to complete the wastewater decomposition. The wastewater is then introduced into an alkalization tank, and an aqueous solution of calcium hydroxide is added to generate nickel hydroxide and calcium phosphate precipitates. A polymer flocculant is added, and precipitation is carried out using a high-efficiency inclined plate sedimentation tank.

This case introduces the Suma Park North Wastewater Treatment Plant Project, which uses a C-AAO combined biochemical pool + micro-flocculation filtration process, and the drainage complies with the town Class A standard. The raw water is treated with high-efficiency dissolved air flotation produced by our plant to remove more than 90% of SS. The reduced concentration of suspended solids can reduce the treatment load of the combined biochemical pool and improve the treatment efficiency.
