Dissolved air flotation is a solid-liquid separator in many bubbles in DAF contact with the solids, lowering their density compared to water. Then, they will float up to the surface so that suspended solids of water, including oil and grease, without dissolving in water, can be reduced. DAF can be used in pretreatment, water reuse, deep treatment, phosphorus removal from tailwater, etc., which is critical equipment to reduce the ss, cod, body, and total phosphorus.
The dissolved air flotation system of the mud hopper can play a transitional role, allowing the sludge to be discharged in a centralized manner while adding chemicals to the wastewater to purify the water quality further. When treating sewage containing a large amount of sediment, the mud hopper can also effectively prevent the repeated precipitation of suspended matter.
The mud hopper can enhance the machine's treatment effect on suspended matter and improve treated water quality. The working principle of the dissolved air flotation machine is to use tiny bubbles to bring suspended matter in the wastewater to the liquid surface to form foam. When the foam rises, it can mix with the sediment slurry in the wastewater, increasing the sludge concentration.
Dissolved air flotation equipment takes the treated effluent through the circulating pump as circulating water and enters the dissolved air tank. The air-saturated dissolved air water is sent into the air flotation contact area, and then through the instantaneous pressure release of the releaser, a large number of nano-scale micro-bubbles are generated, and the micro-bubbles quickly attach to the coagulated suspended matter, and the density of the suspended matter is gradually less The density of water automatically rises to the surface, leaving clean water at the bottom of the equipment, which is discharged to the clean water area through the water outlet at the bottom. The scum that floats to the surface is scraped to the scum pool by a slag scraper for further treatment.
