From April 7 to 9, 2026, the 14th ASIAWATER Exhibition & Conference was held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) in Malaysia. As one of the most influential water and wastewater treatment events in Asia, this year’s exhibition, themed “Building Nations,” brought together over a thousand exhibitors and tens of thousands of professional visitors from around the world.
Wuxi Yosun Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. made a brilliant appearance with its core products and advanced technologies. Over the three days, the company went from a stunning debut to in-depth discussions and a successful conclusion – earning recognition and achievements.
Yosun Environmental is a specialized company integrating design, manufacturing, and installation of wastewater treatment equipment. It holds multiple patents and specializes in producing DAF, Lamella clarifiers, sludge scrapers, and screw press sludge dewatering machines.
At this exhibition, two star products – the DAF and the Lamella clarifier – became the highlights of the booth. A finely crafted 3D printed model of a DAF was particularly eye-catching. The model showcased the equipment’s sophisticated internal structure and advanced design concepts with high fidelity, attracting many professional visitors to stop, watch, and take photos. Through this visual demonstration, customers could easily understand the working principles of key components such as the dissolved air system, microbubble generator, and skimmer mechanism, significantly reducing the technical communication barrier.
With over ten years of technical accumulation, Yosun’s DAF unit is widely used in solid‑liquid separation for various industrial wastewater treatment and water reuse applications, achieving a separation efficiency of 80–97%. Its microbubbles are only 10–30 μm in diameter, ensuring a long retention time in water. The unit has a surface load as high as 10–30 m³/(m²·h), occupies a small footprint, and achieves a gas‑liquid mixing efficiency exceeding 95%. These energy‑saving features have earned recognition from customers both at home and abroad. Many clients from the palm oil processing, rubber product manufacturing, and textile dyeing industries commented that this is exactly the pre‑treatment equipment they have been looking for.
The Lamella clarifier uses inclined plates to form multiple shallow sedimentation zones, significantly increasing the settling area. For the same treatment capacity, its footprint is only 1/5 to 1/3 that of a conventional sedimentation tank, and the effluent SS can be stably maintained below 30 mg/L. This makes it particularly suitable for projects with limited space. The product has mature applications in surface treatment, textile printing and dyeing, landfill leachate treatment, and other fields, and is highly favored by municipal wastewater plant upgrading projects and industrial park expansion projects.
Throughout the three exhibition days, Yosun’s booth was always crowded with a steady stream of professional visitors. The team greeted every customer with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing detailed answers and thoughtful guidance – from equipment principles and operating procedures to technical advantages and application scenarios – demonstrating both expertise and genuine care.
Many visitors came specifically to find us – some had seen our product introductions on the exhibition website, while others were recommended by peers. Technical brochures were quickly taken, and our engineers were almost constantly engaged in presentations.
It is especially worth mentioning that Yosun’s booth not only attracted many local buyers from Southeast Asia but also welcomed customers from various other countries and regions. The team communicated fluently in English with visitors from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, India, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and more, sharing technical concepts and innovations. A customer from Saudi Arabia took a group photo with us after the conversation and praised, “I’ve been looking for a reliable DAF supplier outside Europe. Your 3D model convinced me that you really understand the engineering.”
Such cross‑border exchanges fully demonstrated Yosun Environmental’s international vision and global influence.
During the three days, the Yosun team conducted dozens of in‑depth one‑on‑one technical discussions. Topics covered practical application parameters of the DAF unit in palm oil mill effluent, rubber wastewater, and textile dyeing wastewater; replacement solutions using the Lamella clarifier in municipal wastewater plant upgrades; equipment corrosion protection recommendations for Southeast Asia’s hot and humid climate; and combined process designs for entire water treatment lines.
We received a large number of project inquiries from various industries including food, textiles, printing and dyeing, palm oil, rubber, and electronics, and reached preliminary distribution intentions with several dealers from Southeast Asian countries. A managing director of a local environmental engineering company in Kuala Lumpur commented that Yosun’s Lamella clarifier seemed tailor‑made for their electronics factory’s wastewater reuse project. A technical director from a Thai engineering company expressed on the spot that he would like to incorporate the Lamella clarifier into the standard design package for their next new water treatment plant.
These substantial achievements are the result of more than ten years of technical accumulation and the best reward for our belief that “quality connects the world.”
Over the three days, we heard English, Thai, Indonesian, Malay, Arabic – spoken with various accents. But one language was universal: the desire for clean water and respect for reliable technology.
Thank you to the long‑time customer who drove five hours from Penang to see us;
Thank you to the Malaysian Chinese engineer who communicated with us in fluent Chinese;
Thank you to the Indonesian purchaser who patiently listened to our technical introduction even in the last half hour;
And thank you to the exhibitor next door who handed us a business card when we were too busy.
Environmental protection is never a one‑person mission – it is a shared journey of many.
ASIAWATER 2026 has come to an end, but Yosun Environmental’s journey in the Southeast Asian market will not stop. The many project inquiries received at the exhibition will be followed up one by one as soon as we return, providing detailed technical proposals and quotations. For the many potential distribution partners, we will arrange subsequent video conferences and factory visit invitations.
At the same time, we welcome all friends who were unable to have in‑depth conversations at the exhibition to contact us anytime through the following channels:

Three days at the exhibition – our products stood out in Kuala Lumpur. Every day going forward – Yosun equipment will help more customers around the world achieve discharge compliance.
After three days of intense reception, several of us lost our voices and our legs were sore – but no one complained. After the exhibition hall closed each day, we gathered to organize business cards, review customer needs, and discuss how to present better the next day. Such a professional, dedicated, and warm‑hearted team is Yosun’s greatest pride.
Thank you for showing the world the strength and sincerity of Chinese environmental manufacturing.
ASIAWATER 2026 is over, but the journey of the water treatment industry never stops. Where will we meet next time? Singapore? Jakarta? Or Kuala Lumpur again in two years? Wherever it is, Yosun Environmental will come with more mature products and richer case studies to meet you again.
