On July 8, 2026, a seamless “virtual factory inspection” was successfully conducted between our company and a Middle Eastern environmental engineering firm, spanning a five-hour time difference. Unlike previous on-site visits, the client carried out a full remote audit of our production workshop, warehouse management, core equipment, and technical capabilities via a video link. Our foreign trade team and technical engineers collaborated closely, using mobile cameras as live guides to deliver a thorough, transparent and efficient online factory tour.
At the scheduled time of 13:30 Beijing Time, the video call was connected promptly. The client first requested a view of the production workshop to assess the overall environment and on-site management. The camera slowly swept across the workshop layout, material zoning, processing machinery, and workers in operation. The client frequently raised detailed questions via voice, such as production rhythm, quality inspection checkpoints, and process control standards. Our staff answered each question and zoomed the camera in on key workstations to demonstrate actual operating procedures, allowing the client, though thousands of miles away, to experience the workshop’s orderliness and discipline.
The camera then moved to the warehouse area. The client focused on raw material inventory, sorted component storage, and finished-goods packaging zones. We thoroughly displayed our warehouse labelling system, inbound/outbound records, and anti-rust and moisture-proof measures. The client expressed satisfaction with the warehouse’s cleanliness and material flow efficiency. Next, the camera zoomed in on the core focus of the inspection – our dissolved air flotation (DAF) units and lamella clarifier. We provided a full-scale presentation of both units: from overall appearance to internal structures, from the air dissolution system and skimming mechanism to the material and angle design of the lamella plates. The client specifically inquired about the equipment’s adaptability to high-temperature and high-humidity environments. Our technical staff gave professional answers based on actual case studies and conducted an on-site simulated operation demonstration, visually presenting the equipment’s treatment performance and stability.
After the equipment presentation, both sides moved to the conference room for final discussions. At this point, the camera was fixed on the meeting table, where both parties engaged in in-depth exchanges on equipment parameter confirmation, delivery schedules, installation and commissioning support, after-sales service, and other cooperation details. We also shared screen content to present case studies of similar projects in the Middle East region, further strengthening the client’s confidence in cooperation. The entire virtual inspection lasted nearly two hours. The client highly appreciated our transparent presentation, professional technical explanations, and rapid response capability, and expressed their intention to expedite subsequent order procedures.
This virtual factory tour breaks down geographical distance and connects both sides efficiently at a lower cost.In today’s world, where globalisation and digitalisation go hand in hand, our company always treats every partner with openness and sincerity. No matter where they are, through “screen-to-screen” interaction, they can experience our solid manufacturing strength and dedicated service. Looking ahead, we will continue to innovate communication methods to provide more international clients with convenient and trustworthy inspection experiences.
