European Customer Visits Yosun Again: A Practical and In-Depth Factory Tour from Didi Ride to Equipment Inspection

July 29, 2026 — Yosun welcomed a special European customer for another factory visit. Unlike previous visits, this customer chose a more practical and independent way of traveling after arriving in China. Instead of arranging a private car transfer, he experienced local transportation by taking a Didi ride and came directly to our factory by himself.

This small detail surprised us and also earned our sincere respect. His choice of transportation reflected his practical, independent, and efficiency-oriented working style.

After a short rest upon arrival, the client proceeded straight to technical deliberations. Both parties convened in the meeting room for an exhaustive engineering review.

Deviating from conventional courtesy-heavy business visits, the client arrived thoroughly well-prepared, bringing preliminary project layouts, elaborate process flow schematics and technical specification datasheets.

The conference table was soon covered with engineering drawings. Yosun’s technical team and the client jointly scrutinized all core facets of the proposed solution: fluctuations in influent water quality, effluent discharge compliance benchmarks, equipment sizing criteria and system energy efficiency optimization.

Through multiple rounds of discussion and modification, both sides continued refining the technical details. The customer’s strict attention to engineering details and rigorous approach to process design left a deep impression on our team.

During the meeting, Yosun engineers also used CAD drawings and 3D models to demonstrate the working principles and cooperation between the Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) System and Lamella Clarifier. The customer carefully reviewed the designs, frequently nodded in agreement, and marked important points on the drawings with detailed notes.

“Let’s go to the workshop and see the actual equipment.”

In the production workshop, the customer’s attention was first drawn to the DAF system. He carefully walked around the equipment, inspecting all core assemblies:dissolved air vessel, microbubble release assemblies and the sludge scraper chain mechanism.

He showed particular interest in the gas-liquid mixing performance inside the flotation tank.

Yosun’s technical engineers started the equipment for a simulated operation demonstration. The customer closely observed the formation of the microbubble layer on the water surface and the sludge removal process. He also compared the actual equipment performance with the technical parameters shown in the engineering drawings.

After inspecting the DAF system, the customer turned his attention to the Lamella Clarifier.

This equipment reaches several meters in height. To better understand the installation angle of the inclined plate modules, welding quality, and the detailed structure of the outlet weir, the customer climbed the built-in ladder of the equipment without hesitation.

Standing at the top of the equipment, he carefully inspected the internal structure, material thickness, and sealing treatment.

Yosun’s technical engineers followed closely and answered every question raised by the customer, including:

· Material corrosion resistance

· Maintenance access design

The customer stayed on the ladder for nearly 20 minutes, carefully examining details from different angles and taking close-up photos with his phone.
